Sign In to Tenant Portal

The Tenant Portal web application is comprised of a series of web pages that run on a server and display in a web browser, such as Google, Mozilla, and Microsoft Internet Explorer. To use the Tenant Portal web interface, users must have a supported web browser.

To sign in to Tenant Portal

1	Open a web browser, go to connect.sitecenters.com or sitecenters.com, TENANTS, Log In.

2	In the User box, enter your user ID, and in the Password box, enter your password.

3	Click Sign In. The Tenant Portal Home page opens.

Tip If you forget your password, click Forgot Password?. On the Forgot password page, enter your email address then confirm your email address, and click Submit Request. After a few minutes, check your email for notification of a temporary, system-generated password. Sign in to Tenant Portal using the temporary password, and then change your password to a new value.
